Technics designs and builds specialized fluid systems for engine and fluid system testing and development. The systems are precisely controlled to deliver fluids at required flow rates, temperature, and pressure with repeatable results.

Modular Laboratories can be constructed for complete testing and commissioning at our fabrication facility. This system minimizes the overall schedule for implementation, and also minimizes disruption of operations at the customer facility.

The safe handling of fluids for these applications are complicated by hazardous atmospheres and environmental protection concerns. Technics utilizes explosion – proof construction, intrinsically safe devices, and purged atmospheres as tools for complete electrical code compliance. Environmental protection is provided by full secondary containment of systems, leak detection, and redundant systems to avoid spills and overfills.

Complete systems design and installation can include bulk fluid storage systems at the customer facility.
